Hi All,

I have offer from Infosys 8.89 CTC which includes 10% variable pay

It's been 4 months since I joined TCS is it good to shift within this short span?

Suggestions are Appreciated !!

Yes better gain some experience with hike or promotion and then switch. You will surely get better pay than current offer

What is the current package ? If its 25 to 30 %higher then go . It doesnt matter exp gained or not . If they are giving you higher salary doesnt mean you are good looking . Its only that you have that skill , so you will gain exp there

Infosys: 7.65 fixed +85k varaible= 8.5Lpa Warner bros: 8.3 fixed + 40k varaible= 8.7 Lpa

Both are same distance from my home.
