I have joined in Accenture on June 2023 but even after completing one year I didn't get any hike do you guys know when hike will be given ?

Which level you are in currently? There is not default promotion after L11. Its just your project’s budget and your performance what matters.

For me it was on nov cycle. Because Accenture has stopped mid year hikes.
