Hi All, can i reduce my work experience and try outside?..am not getting calls for my 15 year's of experience.

But i thought more experience means more money

But how would you reduce your experience and any plans to share. I have a counter view that companies will hire someone on lower salary carrying more experience and assign work as per your overall experience. An again situation will become worse to survive in an organisation with a low salary and high workload.
