Hi All

Need some career guidance and support regarding referrals. I have a total of 3.5 years of experience, but only 2 years of hands-on project experience. for a significant time, I was on bench, which limited my exposure to real-time project work. 2 months back, I joined TCS, but have not been allocated to any project yet. I am feeling confused and stuck as there is no clarity on project allocation or timeline. Looking for openings in Pune or referrals where I can gain solid experience and grow in my career.
