Rather than going for any international calling services, voip calls (like Whatsapp call, Instagram call) are much apt solution. Now again, we can't use instagram accounts for business calls but I think something like Slack huddle makes more sense.

There is a specific app for this usually used by podcasters (I'm forgetting the name, you could look it up) is a system level meeting recording software that ensure the absolute best video quality is recorded from all attendees. There are also many AI meeting copilots which can serve a similar purpose by summarising meeting and recording on the client desktop.
