Hi All,

I cleared wings1 and was promoted to digital 2 years back now I got promoted to ITA and my Elevate incentive is merged to my CTC. Does it mean I no longer need to get band A or B during appraisal anymore.

  1. How much total experience u have

  2. The band you have got each year

  3. When you applied for ita promotion and when it was provided

  1. 5.5 Years now, promoted to digital after 2 years of experience, promoted to ITA after 4.5 years
  2. After getting digital I got all A band
  3. Applied to promotion after 3.5 years got after one year.

It was around 15%, I got it after 4.5 years. Currently I have 5.5 years experience
