I got breakup of offer details from HCL Tech but the location that was agreed during interview is different from the one they are offering. Can anyone suggest how to ask for change of location or if it is even possible ??

Yes it is possible. The offer is generated by a different team so possibly they made a mistake. Just write to them for correction and they will send a revised offer with new location..
