You can. Reach to hr. They can revoke it. Possibly they will ask why you are doing it but im pretty sure if you revoked then you can't leave or apply for resignation till a certain amount of time. Not sure how long but check with hr.

IMO don't take back your resignation if your senior has given you some sort of assurance of hike/promotion/onsite , don't get into trap and ruin your progression.
