Hi, I recently got Hike, if I resign in dec , will I get revised salary in dec month, will it affect compensation ?

Next company will need payslips, so better to take 1 month updated salary.

I have 3 offers so far and on notice period. Although they ask for payslips, HR(especially Indians) are concerned more about your fixed pay that is reflected on your comp plan. They're not really concerned bout VP as it could vary between 0-10%. So it's really not fruitful to wait for payslips.
