Promotions can take time, especially if you've joined recently. Maybe have a chat with your manager about your career path.

Does Expecting promotion is crime ?
Y can’t I get promotion if others get it ? Even I worked same as they do righ ?

Note: I have 4.5 years of experience

😂..I joined CTS in 2012 with 4.5 years experience as A and 1st promotion was in 2021…tough 6 years was in onsite…and you are expecting promotion after 2 years of joining in CTS????
