Hi, Can someone please say when the promotion window will open for C3A to C3B? Will there be revision in salary if promotion is initiated?

C3a to C3b is a danger zone .Last December, I got promoted and got quarterly bonus as 7%.

Only vertical head tower head knows this , not even c4 will know this

Most people in this group are C2 or less.. 🤣

Frankly speaking no one knows about these things . I have seen C4 being totally clueless.. unless & until you are part of some "inner-circle" which consists of hardly 10,000 ppl
