Bro, just go for the early release. Wipro's process can be slow af, so better to get out before LOP hits hard. Expect a month or two for proper release, but act fast! 💥

I was in LOP, I had an offer outside as well, I resigned thinking to get early release but they said I have to serve entire notice period. Currently I am serving my notice period and also lost the offer
