Trending @HCL; Hi , anyone have idea why there is salary restructure for new employees in DPO who even don't have more than 6 months experience in hcl ?

salary of new employees is now more than salary of experienced employees in DPO. Does anyone have idea in what basis HR did salary restructure?

And what will experienced employees get in October compensation letter?

HR this year ,give more salary to new employees and less salary to experienced employees in DPO, is it ? Anyone have any update
