TBH, it's way less. Ideally our fixed should be 3 times of our Total experience, in your case it should be 24 but again there are many factors like your skills, if you have switched or not and looking at the current market situation in terms of hikes/promotions I think most companies haven't given enough in past 2-3 years so that's also another thing. I'll recommend you to get some certifications on trending areas as of today and try to switch.
