I joined as an associate consultant, would I be eligible for promotion from associate consultant to senior associate consultant?

1st thing- how did you join in the future ? We are currently in May'25 😅.
2nd thing- Bro forget about promotion 😕 pray for to get the project as soon as possible. Because if you won't get a project they will put you on PIP and after that you know what will happen.
