Last time I also got Ep rating but there was no changes in compensation

Most probably 100% of variable and 1-2% more hike than lower rating than you.

I think it's for annual bonus and you will get it in between 80 to 100

Nothing has changed mostly my friends got EP rating but in appraisal letter they mention nochange
