Hey guys, recently I have got a mail asked update my current O365 license also my outlook but due to some error bench or in known account

On bench you will not be able to raise. You have to be allocated to a project in order for it to get approved by project delivery manager

As per the notification got from their mail I tried raising a new project but due to that error saying you are unallocated or else you may not in known project.Can anyone please me in this case..
