better you ask your friend only, if he told you the ctc then there are high chances that he will also tell you his in-hand salary.

Being a team lead you are not able to calculate in hand sallary where tax is 0 and all are crystal clear .. by the way considering QVA 100% calculate in hand devide by 12 after subtracting PF twice and gratuity once ..hope you understood
