Hey guys I want to move to court agiants 12% club.How and what to do,

My money is trapped in 12% club for past 3 months.im not able to withdraw . everytime I try it's showing error try after some time. I contact support team 100 times everytime they raise the concern and they close ticket after 7 days.im so messed up I have around lack stuck in that help what to do.
