He is my friend and he is already looking for a job. But do they mention anything in the relieving documents is what his concern is.

Am assuming it’s PIP based on NI rating he/she got last year. If manager still needs him and the relationship has not reached point of no return and he is still billable then no issues the goals will be achievable. If above 3 are not true then opt for the golden handshake of 5 months severance pay and enjoy your next job search
