I got the mail that during bench we have to visit office for specific 3 days which is Monday Tuesday Wednesday. But what if we go to any 3 days of our choice and completing 12 days a month; do we get any HR mail ?

If they mailed, then do as per their say. Better don’t be in limelight. Search a project asap and try to be off radar.
In office complete 6 hours atleast for all 12 days. Try to do 7-8 hours. Dont come on the radar. Dont say not or any work given when on bench and if it is doable by you.
Then mail them that xyz work is done. Be good and polite
