Hey everyone,

I work with one of the big 4s in audit department I am not really sure if there's an advantage to stay in big 4 audit department without CA or ACCA qualification. Is there any scope of growth in any of the big 4's, or shall i change my career path?

Hello, I'm not sure about other big4s, someone else may add their inputs as well. However I worked at EY for 3.4 years in audit department. and I'm non qualified. So in my team, they would promote till AM level, beyond that they ask for a qualification.
