Trending @Cognizant; Hey anyone who has self resigned recently because HR was asking to do so. Please confirm that when HR say we will give 5 months of salary. Do they give anything in written or just a word of mouth?

They won’t give in hand salary , they will only give basic salary of 5 months in your FnF

They can't give anything in email as it is ILLEGAL to even say such thing. They can be sued in ILC(Indian Labor Court). This is just a hunch and pressaure creating technique. No need to come under pressure. Go on leaves or something to avoid and talk to Project managers offline

They only given word of mouth to me. No any hand written thing
