Hey all, I Got one freelance work which required 2-3 hours .
Hey all , I got one freelance work which required 2-3 hours per day after office work ended is it good to accept that work , I have only 8 month experience in tcs and I'm fresher is it okay , or it may lead to some issue , need advice whether I should accept that offer or not

Moonlighting isn’t allowed in TCS. Everything is fine until the you get caught.

Accept it if you can handle the extra work without compromising your main job. Just make sure TCS allows it. If you can't manage both, don't risk it.
