Hey !! Can somebody tell about the anniversary appraisal for freshers in TCS? On an avg what's the IPF rating and appraisal we can expect?

If your manager is on good terms with you, you may get a rating around 4-4.8, which will give you an appraisal of around 7-8%. This is usually the case with the first year anniversary appraisal. However, there have also been a few cases where people got a rating of less than 4, which gave them a hike of about 3-5%.
