Hey - am starting up in stealth. Have limited to no tech understanding. The product I am building requires some basic tech. Any suggestions on how do I go about hiring / getting external help for the tech piece?

Use excel, google sheets, Bubble etc. to create a simple barebones MVP with all major use cases and user flows. Then you can hire a freelancer to build it out for you.
