Here we go again

If I understood it correctly, TRAI and/or DOT already charges from telecom operators for bandwidth and operators charge end users like us. Now, TRAI also want to charge end users like us for using the internet apart from what we already pay to the telecom? Or the online service like this platform would also pay to TRAI apart from paying for server, maintenance, employees etc.?

This net neutrality thing again . These corporations need to be slapped hard
