I am not sure why people over this platform are obsessed with 2 years consistent means 9 buddy what you are missing is 24 months which you gave to this organisation to get what 9% combined, Stop putting that in other people's heads. The way they showed the profit margins it should have been atleast 9% for this year alone (Single digit highest) not combined
for ADM, below are the hike percentage
5 star - 5%
4 star - 4 %
3 star - 3 %
2 star - 1.5 %
