I recently received an offer from Nielsen Media, Gurgaon Fixed : 40 lpa Variable :4 lpa Yoe : 6y CTC : 44 lpa

Current compensation

Fixed : 26lpa Variable : 5 lpa Stocks : 6 lpa (3 year vesting) CTC : 37 lpa Location : Bengaluru

Should I accept the offer? Or should i ask for more? How the work and work culture?
