Trending @Cognizant; Help with Access to Always Cognizant Portal Post-Resignation

My friend resigned from Cognizant, and her last working day was 27th September. She was told she’d get an email to register for the Always Cognizant portal, but hasn't received it yet. Can anyone guide us on how she can get access or who to contact for help?
