Help with 3LPA job as Sem 5 Student.
Hello, I am in a real need of help. I am a sem 5 student Btech, I got a job offer from college as I am in the star batch and we can basically do almost full time jobs from sem 5 as star batch student gave sem 5-6 exams in early vacations
The offer I have is 3LPA but with 2 years bond of ₹50000 if I break it. I know MERN, Django and some docker and AWS. The company role is python dev and I will be working with Django and Frappe in ERP Next.
Should I accept the offer. The college is bad wont have great offers. Not more than 5, i can try on my own but.

And from what time this job is supposed to start? From right now, or after 4 yrs of degree completion?
Also, “the college is bad, wont have great offer, not more than 5”, is that 5 a count of offers, or a 5 lakhs/annuam offer?
No we will get degree after 4 years but star students gave exams in vacations. So now they are allowed to work
