Trending @Capgemini; Help to get into Data Engineer/Scientist Role internally

I am working in a Data Migration in IFS Cloud team . I have been working in Data Extraction, Data Migration and Cross-functional roles. I have a good working experience in SQL and Python.

I want to get into Data Engineer/Data Scientist profile. How can i proceed ??

Because i am currently in PBS BU and i think most of the Data related profiles are in I&D BU.

I need your guidance like what should i do .

Please suggest me.
