Help required. How does BGC third party checks criminal records?
I have been working in company for 10+ years and now moving to different project now and they are doing fresh BGC, I don’t know why as It was already done when i joined it. I want to understand, how these third party vendors who does BGC, check our criminal records? I have one case for family dispute, which is pending since 2016, there is nothing proven against me and court is just giving dates. What should I do? Should I mention this in BGC ?

Do you have any such experience. I am bit skeptical because they say if you don’t disclose anything and if they find out by some means, they will consider as breach and action will be taken which could be termination also

Property dispute comes under Civil, and not Criminal - as far as I know. So don’t think it should be an issue. Best discuss with a lawyer, people here won’t have the correct info
