Help regarding ultmatix and outlook unblock.

I have been selected for project and awaiting for allocation. But on Tuesday I got mail from hr for meeting, so I had looped my manager and even he responded that they are working on allocation. But today afternoon hr team has blocked my account both ultimatix and outlook. So if we can reach out to them then how it will be possible. What to do now. Please help me on this.
