Help regarding DOJ extension.

Hello fellow viners,

I have a notice period of 90 days in my organisation. Now I have received an offer letter with DOJ after 60 days and based on that I have resigned.

The company which has offered me is a big name in the e-commerce and retail industry. They want me to buyout my notice period or ask for an early release but my current employer is unwilling to give an early release. They are not even agreeing for a buyout.

Really need your insights if DOJ can be extended once Offer letter is released. And can I negotiate with my new company to extend it. I would like to know my chances of DOJ extension.

Worst case scenario is I might have to withdraw my resignation. That will be embarrassing.
