I have another offer that i need to join in may mid. I resigned in March. My managers aren't agreeing for release in may. I am ready to serve 2 months out of 3. But they aren't ready for 1 month reduction also. I stated it's an urgent situation but no help.
Is there an other way that could convince them? Is buyout possible?
I am a PA with 2.5 years of experience.
Please help, I can't lose this offer also.

No other option first of all you should not lie about you can join early when you know you have to serve 90 days notice period. Only you are sure you will be released early this can work. Also early release also works when your project gets over and you are on bench
