If on bench can we get a early releases or can it be negotiated? As other employer don't entertain of you have 90 days NP.

You may discuss with your line manager if they are willing to release you early

My N+1 not supportive - so he won't support me - if he gets confirmation from BU HR that they can release the employee if N+1 approves they he may take ACTION - but solely himself he will directly deny.

No buy out, soley depends on your line manager and BU HR. As per policy you need to complete 3 months notice period wheather you are on notice period or not.

I don't think so. I had a very supportive manager and all he could help me with was an early physical exit but the experience showed 90 days date from resignation.

BU HR was not allowing early release mentioning that they don't have the option to update it on the system. Not sure if it's true or not.
