Dont work and dont complete task they will release you as soon as possible
They will threaten that they wont release you until work is finished. Nothing will happen like that

They will irritate you when you need an experience letter bro. So I would suggest not to do such a thing. This is not school. Resigning is the only option we have. I have seen many such cases.

Haan understood, who’s responsible for release.
Manager or HR.
Any way to convince them, because I promised the recruitment company that I can negotiate to 30days, then only they move further with my application.
Do I have to pay for TCS if I need release before 90days if I need.

Either I want TCS to convince or the recruitment company.
Whom will be best to opt, and which way will be practically applicable.
Because in this current market getting calls itself is so hard.
So please if any one find any way to pitch, please share here.

Bro I am also facing the same struggle as you due to 90days no interview gets scheduled from last 6 months. So now I decided will resign and search else will be stuck in this loop forever. Even the companies who themselves have 90 days notice period they also not scheduling. Very sad hurtful situations for employees like us.
