Help on job change

I have been working in a support project ( Incident Management, job failure Troubleshooting across Java, Python / pcf,gcp) for the past 4 years in TCS. I have been trying to switch, as a first time switcher, not sure what to do. Updated linkedin and naukri profiles applied for the job roles matching my profile. Not getting any callbacks for one month. I am good with spring boot Java and basic python ( for troubleshooting level). Also have little bit of knowledge in AI Agents( from workshop). Advice please
