I am on bench for 2 months.one of the manager from other unit approached me for other unit and they took my interview and liked me.Now I have to move to other unit but the manager said she will raise an IJP and you apply,follow the process.Unfortunately I am not a confirmed employee and my billable utilisation is not greater than 50% .So the Ijp process is not possible.Is there any other process to move out of my unit and join them.
If you are in central bench new unit can take you in and ur current unit needs to release you
Yes I am on central bench.So what is the process and who is the right person to be approached.As my tpd says that you have to be 18 months or 12 months in one unit then only something is possible.they are troubling me a lot..
I completely get you.. Ask the new unit manager raise a request to release you.. Within one week ur current unit manager or bench manager can accept or reject the request... If accepted you will be released..
