
Help Needed: Unable to Reset Password After ID Deactivation
I am unallocated & resigned. On 28th may HR called me asked are u ok if we relieve on 30th May. I said it's a bit difficult for me to settle things as it's relocation & need to check with the joining company also, Then asked an extra 2 weeks which they told me to send requesting an email. I sent & Took some sick leave. Another 4 days for LWD so pinged HR told me I didn't get anything from separation, all ok on LWD 13th then HR told to postpone to 20th another week. Again I changed my joining & booking in the next company. But My emp ID was deactivated on the 16th, I sent an email from the personal ID active but the password is not working even in Ultimat***, I am not able to reset the password to do anything. Sent email to helpdesk. Can anyone please help if anyone faces the same situation.

Go to office and personally meet HR. Get your password reset done by IS team from office. By the way, what's your last working day and have you been asked to serve more than 90 days notice period?
