Trending @Accenture; Help needed regarding office laptop!

Has anyone changed or exchanged their laptops? It has been almost 4 years since I was given this shit laptop to do my designs. Although it's not good enough to work on, I was doing my work anyway. Now it starts to lag a lot, not able to do my designs. Does anyone know whom to contact in this scenario. My manager said raise request.. but under what scenarios I should do that no idea. If anyone has done it already.. please help.

Physically visit office & see the window/glass panel from where you get laptop (asset team). Now befriend that guy/gal & ask which laptop is being given. Tell your code is very heavy & you need a new laptop as they'll have no cooling issues. Then follow instructions - incident, enable, decommision.
