So I am currently working as a Data Engineer in Accenture Bengaluru and I have offers from TCS, LTIMindtree, Genpact. All with decent compensation. Kindly help me in choosing as per your experience or knowledge.

If you are at your early age donot choose to join TCS.

Don't join Genpact. Toxic and mediocre company.
TCS not recommended for younger people
Lti seems fair

Also you are leaving number one IT company so where ever you join you will not be satisfied. Approx 2years you will not get hike.
