Hi, can anyone help regarding shift allowance?
My shift allowance is pending for the month of June and also my supervisor failed to fill it for the month of July. Will i get it for both the months? The project manager is ignorant and not helping here.
Without filling the roaster by ur n+1 . u won't be able to raise manual attendance..u can get whichever is pending they can adjust ..but it's depend on ur n+1..
Thank you for the response. My supervisor who rosters the shift will do it.. but currently the system is in read-only mode till 6th of the month and once it opens will my supervisor be able to roster for both June and July?
Yes he will be able to do that
So right now it will be in read only mode but I'm assuming the on-shift for both the months have been filled already. Once they are approved you'll receive the money for both of them in August's salary.
It was the same case with me, send him over mail stating I have missed my July month shift allowance , you can only get max last two months shift allowance so hurry up or you won't be able to claim
