Help Needed for Project
I got selected for 2 different projects A and B, I don't want to join project A, but RMG is saying that the allocation request for A already sent to Regional Lead. Is there any way that i skip project A and join B?
It’s tough. I was allocated in 2 projects without any discussion and i got released from both of them and now i am in a project that i chose. Do not make any big issue, do not speak rudely to anyone. Because if u had to work in project A after making a scene, u will have to deal with that management. It won’t be easy
Try to negotiate early ASAP with Project B manager and initiate the allocation for Project B. Get confirmed allocation with client approval and manager as well for Project B.
You are about to step in a $hit$torm.. Get the desired project’s allocation fast is the Only way to save yourself.Otherwise you will have to fight with RMG leads and senior project management team. Let me tell you being the victim some time, you dont want to go that way. If both projects are from same BU then it is not a big problem but if project B is for other BU then forget about it.
