Trending @Cognizant; Help needed - Accenture onboarding not yet received

I have 16th September as my joining date in Accenture but haven’t received any onboarding information yet. When I called help desk, they told me that there is no joining date mentioned in their system. I have already done with LWD in CTS and now I am jobless with Accenture behaving in this way. Please help guys.

Its well known that Onboarding process in Accenture is very slow...So try to reach out to the recruiter
