Trending @Infosys; HELP!! Need clarity of wfh balance(days)
I’m a new joiner at Infosys and currently on bench. I’m a little confused about how attendance and WFH balance work in InfyMe.
I can see the WFH balance shown in days. On the days I come to the office, do I need to complete the full 9 hours 15 minutes, or can I stay for fewer hours (say around 6 hours) and apply for On Duty for the remaining time?
Also, in that case, will my WFH balance be impacted since it’s tracked in days/hours?
Stay for minimum of 3 hours 30 mins in office.
Apply rest 5 hours 45 mins or 6 hours WFH next day when you see present in attendance.
Balance will not be deducted then. It will still stay as per your current balance.
You just need to complete 3.5 Hrs and for rest of the hrs you can apply WFH and it will not deduct from you WFH balance
