Help me to negotiate in TCS
I have decent dependency. If manager talks about retaining i will stay. How do i approach? Ask manager to give 10% more than the current offer i got? Or should I ask to match it only?
If you take retention in tcs, they will start trying ways to reduce your dependency and fire you. It's better you look for other jobs outside tcs. Else if you want to stay with higher package trying clearing wings exams.

Try upto 2x your experience in years or current offer, whichever is higher.
My manager told me only thing I can do promotion to C2 grade with 12%
Retention not possible in current situation
If you take retention, they will treat you like slave, will not give you good band so your promotion chance will Stop.
