Help me to manage at work

I cannot say no and due to this I got lot of work and the work for which I’m not expertise and take that work and sometimes I discussed with manager that I do not want to work on particular domain it’s different from my knowledge. He just play with the words that you will learn you will grow and all and I had to work again . Like this way I passed 3 years working without will and feel frustrated . Also people give me lot of works and says u r owner for this role ( the role I did not choose ) . I try to say something then again they play with words and time passes and I’m not liking my work .

What should I do ?

I feel that I lost professionalism and just following them whatever they say anyhow I have to do or sometime I argue but unable to change anything for me.
