Help me to learn SQL

Am working in on projects from 2.5 years but am still not able to write SQL i know its really disappointing working as oracle HCM consultant and not able to write simple query Am surviving taking support from senior and also not getting much work on sql related things other technical tool i handel very well I literally doesn’t know basic table and how to perform join i can only write basic queries like select from where only basics I know When its comes to writing query or creating report am starting getting anxiety and feel depressed What to do ? Please suggest me how i start building my knowledge to write query

There is a very good course on cs50 about joins and relations, you can check that.
